(4) When the gun stops for a short time and fires again, a section of gum appears at the beginning: the main reason is that the gum viscosity matching is not ideal, and the system pipeline needs to be adjusted or the working pressure should be reduced.
To avoid this situation, we need regular maintenance of the glue machine to ensure that the glue machine can work properly. Butterfly test must be done before starting each machine to ensure that the structural glue mixes evenly. The butterfly test method is as follows: the mixed glue produced by the gluer is squeezed into the middle of the paper for 5-10 grams, and the folding paper is pressed flat. Open the paper and check the rubber sample. The glue with uniform mixing should have no heterochromatic stripes. If there are heterochromatic stripes in the glue, it shows that the mixing is not uniform. The reason should be found out and the problem can be solved before using it.
